• Professional qualifications of Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/MBA (Finance)
  OR
• Having passed the SAS/equivalent examination of organized Accounts Cadre of Central/State Government
  OR
• Having successfully completed Cash and Accounts Training organized by ISTM.
