Overview:

Bacardi is hiring an experienced Area Sales Executive – Off Trade at their Hyderabad location. They are looking for Primos who want to be part of our Family and want to develop their career in a dynamic team. You need to be results-oriented looking to develop the business as a founder in your RTM with a focus on growing our Premium portfolio and Innovations and protecting the Core business.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Deliver on key financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share)

Deliver on Pictures of Success targets, complete survey, and work in partnership with customers / distributor to deliver excellence in execution

Develop and manage the sales plan for your territory based on delivery of Commercial priorities and the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP)

Manage territory / channel / account performance on a monthly/quarterly basis, working with customers / distributor to ensure delivery of forecast and budget (volume / value / execution) in line with Bacardi Scorecard

Deliver impact from customer and purchaser programs agreed in the Country IAP against KPIs and territory targets

Act as the leading customer contact, building effective long-term relationships with customers / distributor

Provide input to the Area Field Sales Managers on key channel, customer, and competitive activity

Communicate effectively with customers to seek inputs for product and service improvement and resolve day-to-day operational questions/issues

Manage price plans, discount plans and budgets

Qualifications for this Job:

Channel strategies leading to continuous brand-pack-channel mix optimization driving NSV and volumes

Commercial experience preferably with a beverages / FMCG / alco – bev industry. Drinks and Lifestyle Category experience is an advantage

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

Effective use of networking and leveraging the same with key customers and strong interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation skills and first-hand on-premises sales experience
