• Applicants should have experience with the maintenance, operation, and manufacturing of large-scale contemporary cement projects, as well as project planning, implementation, and coordination.

For Civil-

• The candidate should have experience in design, project implementation, industrial structure building, foundation, massive concrete storage silos, and their maintenance.

For Mining-

• The candidate must have experience in quarry management in open-cast mechanised mines or in a cement factory.
