GST Department raids Premises and Offices of a Coal Businessman on allegations of theft worth crores

Raid took place amid tight security

The Directorate General of GST Intelligence‘s ten-member team discovered the unlawful sale of coal at higher prices. Those present in Abhay Singh’s office were also questioned during the raid. Officers gathered information from personnel.

The GST special team raided all locations associated with Abhay Singh’s coal company. Raids were carried out from Patna to Muzaffarpur. Abhay Singh used to take coal directly from the mines, according to the information. Abhay Singh’s office is located on Exhibition Road in the capital.

A search has been conducted in this location. Many businesses are believed to have been caught here as well. He opened it in the names of his relatives. Black money was made from coal in this way. A large number of important and incriminating documents have been seized.
