Before being deemed eligible for selection, candidates must meet the requirements of the screening process and successfully complete it.
For the Assistant Manager position, the chosen candidate will need to execute a Surety Bond worth Rs. 300000 and cover the cost of training to serve the company for a minimum of 03 years; for the Junior Engineer position, the Surety Bond amount will be Rs. 150000 and cover the cost of training to serve the company for a minimum of 03 years. It will be necessary to give 03 months’ notice before requesting to leave the Corporation.
