Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers Ltd (RCF Ltd) is seeking Management Trainees in Materials and Legal Discipline. According to the official RCF Recruitment 2023 notification, there are 25 openings for the specified positions.

Training Period for RCF Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of RCF Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant has to undergo training for a 01-year tenure.

Qualification and Experience for RCF Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the RCF Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualifications.

Management Trainees (Materials)

• Regular full-time 4 years BE / B Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg./ Petrochemical Engg./ Mechanical Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Instrumentation Engg. from University Grants Commission (UGC) / AICTE approved Institutions.
• Regular and full-time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Chemical / Petrochemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation, must be mentioned in the degree along with other allied subjects, if any.
  Or
• Candidate should have at least 3 years of regular and full-time BE / B Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg./ Petrochemical Engg./ Mechanical Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Instrumentation Engg. from University Grants Commission (UGC) /AICTE approved Institutions acquired after 3 years Regular and Fulltime diploma in Engineering.
• Regular and full-time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Chemical / Petrochemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation, must be mentioned in the degree along with other allied subjects, if any.

Management Trainees (Legal)

• Aspirants must have at least 3 years of Graduation with a regular and full-time Degree in Law
  Or
• Candidate should be a Law Graduate who has passed 5 years of regular and full-time integrated Law courses from a UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution.
• Regular and full-time Master degree in Law (LLM) from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution

Age Limit for RCF Recruitment 2023:

In line with the official RCF Recruitment 2023 notification, the maximum age limit for the passing position is 27 years.

Salary for RCF Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of  RCF Recruitment 2023, applicants during the training period will get a monthly stipend of Rs.30000. After successful completion of one year of training, they will be absorbed in E1 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 40000  to Rs. 140000. The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay +VDA (43.8%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) and other allowances which works out to Rs. 81,900 approximately.
