As per the official notification of Odisha Staff Selection Commission Recruitment 2023, a preliminary examination and a main written examination followed by computer skill, stenographer, typing test, data entry and Certificate Verification will be used to select candidates. Only those who have been shortlisted will be notified later about the date, time, and location of the written test. Candidates who pass the written exam will be contacted for another process.

For Junior Typist-

  • The applicant should have passed the HSC examination conducted by BSE, Odisha or equivalent examination.

For Typist-cum-Copyist-

  • The applicant should have passed +2 Arts/Science/Commerce examination conducted by CHSE, Odisha or equivalent examination with basic knowledge in computer application.

For Junior Grade Typist-

  • The applicant should have passed the HSC examination conducted by BSE, Odisha or the equivalent.

For Data Entry Operator-

  • The applicant should have passed Graduation in any discipline, have adequate knowledge of Computer Applications and have good typing skills/speed in Computer.

  • The selected candidates for the post of Junior Stenographer, Junior Grade Typist and Junior Typist will be paid a monthly compensation between Rs.25500 to Rs.81100.
  • The selected candidates for the post of Junior Clerk cum Typist, Typist cum copyist and Data Entry Operator will be paid a monthly compensation between Rs.19900 to Rs.63200.
