Head of Technology-

  • The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics or related fields from a recognized university/institute.
  • The candidate should have a Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, and related fields from a recognized university/institute.

Desirable Skills and Experience-

  • The candidates should have 15 years of work experience, with 10 years in AI-related fields.
  • The candidate must have relevant experience in working with government organisations.
  • The candidates should have strong leadership and team management skills, with a minimum of 7 years of experience leading and mentoring teams.
  • The candidates should have strong technical knowledge of AI, machine learning, deep learning, statistical modelling, relevant programming languages and libraries.
  • The candidate must have proven experience in strategizing, designing, developing, and implementing an organisational-wide or public end-to-end solution with AI and other emerging technologies.
  • Prior experience in implementing the overall AI action plan for the organization.
  • Experience in developing and evaluating state-of-the-art (SOTA) models and foundational models, transformers, variational autoencoders (VAEs), generative pre-trained (GPT) models, generative diffusion models, etc.,
  • The candidates should have strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
  • Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, technical experts, and industry partners.
  • The candidates should have knowledge and familiarity with domestic and global AI policy developments.

Entrepreneur-in-residence (EIR) Fellow-

  • The candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics or related fields from a recognized university/institute.

Desirable Skills and Experience-

  • The candidate should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience, preferably working with start-ups on emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields.
  • The candidate must have excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of entrepreneurship and innovation, including experience in startup incubation and project management.
  • The candidate should have knowledge and familiarity with domestic and global AI policy developments.

For Technology Consultant-

  • The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics or related fields from a recognized university/institute.
  • The candidate must have a Master’s in engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics or related fields from a recognized university/institute.

Desirable Skills and Experience-

  • The candidate must have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modelling.
  • The candidate must have Hands-on experience with popular deep-learning frameworks (Keras / Tensorflow / Caffe /Pytorch / HuggingFace) and proficiency in coding with C/C++, Python, R, etc.
  • The candidate must have a strong understanding of existing generative AI services e.g., OpenAI, Bard, Falcon. etc.,
  • Experience in integrating the AI model into an existing system or service in a large-scale organization.
  • Working experience in AI model development, compression, and inference.
  • The candidate must have a deep understanding of data science, linear algebra, algorithms and statistics.
  • The candidate must have an understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
  • A demonstrable experience in designing and implementing AI solutions with clients.
  • The candidate must have strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
  • The candidate must have a proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, technical experts, and industry partners.
  • The candidate must have knowledge and familiarity with domestic and global AI policy developments.
    An excellent communicator with strong organizational, problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills.
