• The candidate’s maximum age limit should be 58 years.

For Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Assistant Professor (Lecturer in Nursing)-

• The candidate’s maximum age limit should be 50 years.

Qualification for AIIMS Mangalagiri Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of AIIMS Mangalagiri Recruitment 2023, the following qualifications are required of the candidate:
For Professor (Medical Candidates)-

• A medical Qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in section 13(3) of the Act.)
• A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject.AND/OR
• M.Ch. for surgical Superspecialities and D.M. for Medical Superspecialities (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

For Additional Professor- Medical Candidates (for General Discipline)-

• A medical Qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in section 13(3) of the Act.)
• A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject.AND/OR
• M.Ch. for surgical Superspecialities and D.M. for Medical Superspecialities (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto
• Experience- Ten years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D. /M.S. or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

For Assistant Professor- Medical Candidates (For General Disciplines)-

• A medical Qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in section 13(3) of the Act.).
• A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject.AND/OR
• M.Ch. for surgical Superspecialities and D.M. for Medical Superspecialities (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto
• Experience- Three years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D./M.S. or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

For Assistant Professor (Lecturer in Nursing)

• Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized Institution/University. Registered Nurse Midwife.
• Candidates must have 05 years of experience with a minimum of two years of teaching experience in Nursing.

On Direct Recruitment-

For Professor- 

• The chosen candidate will paid a salary in Level 14-A.

For Additional Professor and Associate Professor-

• The chosen applicants will paid a salary in Level 13-A2.

For Assistant Professor-

• The chosen candidate will paid a salary in Level 12.

For Retired Faculty on a Contract Basis-

Tenure for AIIMS Mangalagiri Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of AIIMS Mangalagiri Recruitment 2023, the contract for engagement will be for a period of 03 years further extendable upto 05 years, a total of 07 years allowed on a deputation basis as per the DOPT guidelines.
