Manager (L-2)- Chemical (Ammonia)-

• The applicants must have a B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engineering), approved by AICTE/UGC or AMIE, in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.

Officer (L-1)- Human Resource-

• The applicants must have a regular MBA/ MSW/Integrated 5 years MBA/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma of minimum 02 years duration in HRM or Personnel Management or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from a recognized University / Institute with a minimum aggregate 60 % marks.
• Candidates should have a Degree in Law (LLB) is desirable.

Chief Manager (L-3) Finance-

• The candidates should be members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants of India (CA/CMA) or 02 years of full-time regular MBA with a specialization in Finance with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Candidates with dual specialization or a general MBA shall not be eligible to apply.

Manager (Legal)-

• The applicants should have 3 years of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or a 5-year integrated law degree Full-time basis from a recognized Indian university or institute with 60% marks.

Vice President (Marketing)-

• The applicants should have a B.Sc. (Agri) with an M.Sc. in Agriculture with a minimum of 60% marks or a B.Sc. (Agri) / B.E./B.Tech. ( in any discipline) with a full-time MBA/PGDBM in Marketing / Agri Business Marketing / Rural Management recognized by UGC/AICTE with a minimum of 60% marks.
