General Mills is hiring an experienced D&T- Manager Cyber Security, Red Team at their Mumbai location.

Roles and Responsibilities

People Management

• Hire, train, develop and coach the Red team
• Performance Management of team members directed towards building the talent in team and getting them future ready
• Develop each player in the team and have career pathing through Individual Development Plans
• Regular 1:1 and feedback
• Provide technical and functional guidance to the team and partner with other functions in D&T to further the goals of the Red Team program

Testing, Research, Development, and Training

• Perform technical research into targeted APT attacks, offensive campaigns, and other emerging technologies and techniques to identify
  and report on cyber-attacks and attackers.
• Plan and execute Cyber attack simulations to assess the effectiveness of cyber security measures.
• Conduct regular purple teaming exercises to expand and enhance SIEM rules.
• Automate attack techniques to test SIEM rules
• Work closely with the security team and relevant stakeholders to establish the objectives and boundaries for red team operations
• Execute red and purple team operations using adversarial tools, scripting, and manual methods.
• Identify and exploit newly released and older vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications.
• Partner with blue team members to understand defensive capabilities and recommend improvements.
• Develop and present comprehensive reports detailing findings, implications, and recommendations for enhanced security.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a robust cybersecurity culture.

Partnerships and Benchmarking

• Maintain existing and develops new contacts within the candidate’s professional network of cyber security peers and leading security
  consultants/vendors.
• Continuously develops knowledge of evolving best practices through peer benchmarking, industry events/associations, and educational opportunities.
• Leverages partnership and relationships to benchmark existing and proposed cyber security solutions.

Must – have technical skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in cyber security and offensive security.
• 10+ years of overall experience with +7 years of experience in offensive security
• Expertise in setting up and managing red team infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, web applications, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in using offensive security tools, frameworks, and scripting languages (e.g., Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, PowerShell, ) to
  simulate attacks.
• Developing, extending, or modifying exploits, shellcode, or exploitation tools
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Ruby).
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear documentation and conveying technical concepts in a
  straightforward manner.
• Well-versed with the latest cybersecurity threats, CVEs, TTPs and trends.
• Experience in detection engineering and incident response
• Experience in Team Management, Capability Building, Stake-Holders Mgmt., & Process improvement
