Roles and Responsibilities:

• Brining new ideas and innovation for process development and overall organizational progress.
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission – specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
• Individual should have ability to provide solutions commensurate with the customers needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results.
• Supervise and coach Team Leaders, Managers on weekly basis
• Understand client requirements and accountable in ensuring support team is meeting client expectations.

We need L3 for Storage having expertise with bleow skill set

• Experienced with DEll EMC,Unity devices
• Good experienced of Metro Node
• Good knowledge of IBM storage (V7000)
• LCM Process awareness and end to end ownership
• Troubleshooting knowledge of Storage replication issue, High IOPs
• Assigning /delimiting LUN to VMware Infra
• RPA configuration and setup
• Expertise on DR setup OF IBM iSeries with IBM storage

Qualification: B-Tech

Experience: 4.5-8 Years

Skills: EMC
