Overview:

DIsney+Hotstar is hiring an experienced Planning & Operations Manager (Contractual) at their Mumbai location. You will be owning monthly demand planning across brands and TGs to ensure revenue maximization while delivering against pre-defined KPIs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Ensuring campaign readiness for deployment with Agency, Sales Ops and CSM
• Manage revenue delivery and budget spend, OTRs, including daily optimization and providing actionable targeting recommendations for improving performance
• Own monthly reconciliations, reporting and post evaluations
• Overseeing measurement setups, tracking and results delivery
• Work closely with the Engagement Managers/Vertical Heads, in tandem with the PRS, CSM and Sales Ops Teams

Skills & Attributes Success

• Proficiency in MS Office; especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques – Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards
• Excellent communication Skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in Operations Management/Client Servicing teams at Agency/Publisher
• Preferred Experience in client-facing role
• Basic Knowledge of Digital Media and Planning
