CUET UG 2024 Provisional Answer Key Released, Raise Objections Till This Date

CUET UG 2024 Answer Key: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CUET UG 2024 Provisional Answer Key, Question Paper, and Scanned Images of OMR Sheets for the Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG)] 2024. The Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG)] 2024 was organised in Computer Based Test, CBT (Online) and Pen & Paper (Offline) mode both from May 15 to May 29, 2024, across 379 cities, including 26 international locations. This year around 14,90,293 candidates registered for the CUET UG 2024 among which 9,68,201 (6,60,311 Female Candidates and 7 Transgenders) of the candidates appeared for the examination. It is being said that a total of 261 universities will accept the admissions based on the CUET UG 2024 Result, this year.

For the candidates who appeared for the CUET Examination 2024 in online mode i.e., CBT (Computer Based Test), the National Testing Agency has released question papers along with the recorded responses. Similarly, for the candidates who appeared for the CUET Examination 2024 in offline mode i.e., Pen and Paper, NTA has released the Provisional Answer Key, Question Paper, and Scanned Images of OMR Sheets and recorded responses on its official website, exams.nta.ac.in. Candidates can also submit their representation against the OMR grading by paying a non-refundable amount of Rs. 200 per question challenged. Candidates can use various means of payment like Debit card/Credit Card/Net Banking.

Candidates can access the CUET UG 2024 Provisional Answer Key using the same website, simply using their Application Numbers and Date of Birth. Candidates can raise objections against the CUET UG 2024 Provisional Answer Key until July 9 at 5 pm. Candidates will just need to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs 200 per objection. After the objection window is closed NTA will examine each and every objection and check if they are valid or not and then release the CUET UG 2024 Final Answer Key after making changes to the provisional one.

The final CUET UG 2024 Result will be declared based on the CUET UG 2024 Final Answer Key. As per the marking scheme of NTA, five marks will be awarded for each correct answer and one mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. No marks will be awarded for unattempted questions. If in case of any question, all the options given in the exam were correct, then 5 marks will be awarded to the candidate. If in case all the options in the question are incorrect and the candidate leaves the question, then 5 marks will only be awarded to the candidate who will attempt the question.

As per the official notification by the NTA side on Twitter, “The NTA website is operational. As it is seeing heavy access activity, there might be a slight delay in response. Request patrons to be patient. Candidates log in with their credentials at https://exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG to view OMR sheets and responses. • CUET UG 2024 Answer Key: How to Raise Objections

Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to raise objections against the CUET UG 2024 Provisional Answer Key:
Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA, exams.nta.ac.in.
Step 2: On the home page, click on the link- “CUET UG 2024 Answer key objection window”.
Step 3: Enter the login details asked.
Step 4: Click on the “Submit” button.
Step 5: Your “CUET UG 2024 Provisional Answer Key” will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Check the CUET UG 2024 Provisional Answer Key, if feel any answer is incorrect, can raise an objection against it.
Step 7: Click on the question you want to raise objection on.
Step 8: Upload the necessary documents asked.
Step 9: Click on the “submit” tab.
Step 10: Make the payment using means such as Debit card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
Step 11: Click on “submit” and now download the confirmation page.
Step 12: Take out a printout of the confirmation page and save it for future needs.
