Nokia is hiring an experienced ERP Finance Solution Architect – R2R & CO at their Bangalore location. You will Evaluate needed new capabilities and business requirements against platform capabilities and create and maintain E2E data architecture incl. Version management considerations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide proven methods for functionality enablement
  Determine approach for system- and data migration.
• Create solution designs including (not exhaustive)

• Logical data model
• System technical design
• Lifecycle strategy and management of application and functions
• Automation and robotics capabilities
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to analyze ideas and demands for architectural fit and translates detailed business requirements provided by the solution owner into implementable solution including specific technical requirements.
• Partners with business and IT on solution architecture design.
• Determines the technologies and proposes overall solution architecture based on enterprise architecture and technology understanding.
• Contributes to cost and benefit analysis.
• Keeps the alignment between enterprise architecture blueprint and recommendations and solution implementation. Ensures technical integrity, consistency, and quality of the solution on every stage of its lifecycle.
• Solves highly complex technical problems and develops original and innovative solutions with impact on the business.
• Defines and documents detailed solution architectural and system designs. Updates solution design documents as needed based on actual implementations.
• Anticipates internal and external business challenges and / or regulatory issues and drives improvements that create competitive advantage.
• Provides guidance on projects solution design compliance with enterprise architecture and makes recommendations for alignment, quality and efficiency based on experience.
• May be assigned to a particular project or program to ensure technical / architectural integrity and consistency of the solution.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant field.
• Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.
• SAP certified consultant with at least 3 to 4 major E2E implementations experience.
• 7-10 years of relevant of relevant experience of SAP Controlling area with special focus to Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting.
• Knowledge of CO-PC, CO-PA and Inventory Valuation.
• Very good knowledge of the Business and business processes in your given domain beyond the borders of SAP; more than just a knowledge of how to configure SAP.
• Strong Business application knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC solution.
• Exposure to both IFRS and USGAAP and SAP FICO and Customer/Vendor master data knowledge.
• Very Good understanding of closing & consolidation knowledge.
• Capability to validate system solutions, design and propose alternatives from process, change, business viewpoints to best implement standard solutions.
• Experience evaluating the change management impact of a proposed solution.
• Ability to understand the process and solution architecture E2E across multiple technologies.
• Comfortable with agile, DevOps and waterfall methodologies.
• Can guide external and internal project teams.
• Understanding of the relationship between costs, schedule, quality, speed in a defining a solution and make trade-off recommendations.
