Overview:

Uber is hiring an experienced Senior Product Manager, Ads Platform at their Bangalore location. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of internal systems, including Salesforce, ERP, Ads Billing and Payment, and other business systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of advertising technology, and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ads Internal systems at Uber
• Collaborate with internal customers to identify pain points and needs regarding with internal systems
• Drive the cross-functional team (engineering, analytics, Ops, etc.) team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals for the business
• Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, including internal partners and leadership teams.

Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
• At least 3+ years of experience as an Ads product manager with a track record of partnering with engineering, design, data science and business functions to deliver successful projects at scale
• Experience in defining objectives and key results (OKRs) and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve them
• Excellent data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making ability, with a high design bar and a mentality of starting with the customer first and working backwards

Preferred Qualification:

• Deep understanding of digital advertising businesses
• Hands-on experience with systems like Salesforce, ERP, Billing systems
• A true passion for Uber’s mission, our products, and the company’s hybrid technology/operations nature
