For Company Secretary-

• The applicants should be a Company Secretary (should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India-ICSI).

Experience-

• The applicants should have a minimum of 05 years in the field of Corporate laws and governance. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience working with undertaking and/or PSUs of the Railways Sector and Logistics Sector.

Desirable-

• Additional Qualification in law (LL.B/LL.M) or Chartered Accountancy shall be preferred.

For Assistant Company Secretary-

• The applicants should be a CS -Executive (from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India – ICSI).

Experience-

• The applicants should be 02-03 years in the field of Secretarial work and Corporate Accounting/ Finance/ Taxation, bookkeeping, Advance Tax, TDS, and GST.

For Junior/ Senior Executive (Administration)-

• The applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/ Institute.

Experience-

• The applicants should have 03 years in the field of HR/Admin/Finance.

For Manager/Sr.AM/AM-Track-

• The applicants should have a Diploma in Civil/Electric/Mechanical-(AM) B.Tech/B.E. in a relevant field from a recognized University either by Central/ State Govt, or AICTE or Technical Boards/
  Universities established by Central/ State Govt.(Manager/Sr.AM).

Experience-

• The applicants should be 05-20 years in the field of track-related work.

Desirable-

• Preference shall be given to candidates having experience working with undertaking and/or PSUs of the Railways Sector, Logistics Sector/ Limited or Private Limited Companies.

For Manager/Sr.AM/AM-Works-

• The applicants should have a Diploma in Civil from a recognized University/ Institute and a B.Tech / B.E. in a relevant field from a recognized University either by Central/ State Govt, or AICTE or Technical Boards/ Universities established by Central/ State Govt. -(Manager/Sr.AM) .

Experience-

• The applicants should be 05-20 years in the field of civil-related work.

Desirable-

• Preference shall be given to candidates having experience working with undertaking and/or PSUs of Railways Sector, Logistics Sector/ Limited or Private Limited Companies.
