Overview:

Cargill is hiring an experienced Invoice to Pay Assistant at their Bangalore location. The Invoice to Pay Assistant III will perform a variety of complex support tasks related to invoice payments and processing expense reports. In this role, you will conduct complex payment processes using standard procedures and provide assistance to internal and external partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Validate the accuracy of invoices and different accounting documents, including complex financial business transactions.
• Handle complex customer service inquiries from internal clients, suppliers and customers.
• Prepare and review complex reports and materials using standard procedures.
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with accounts payable module applications
