Overview:

Johnson & Johnson is hiring an experienced Professional Development Specialist at their Mumbai location. You will lead, Develop and Execute Professional Education & Development strategies in line with country business objectives and partner with internal and external key stakeholders to drive JJV’s Eye Health agenda in partnership with Priority Stores, & Key eyecare Professional and Influencers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Ensure strong professional capabilities with commercial understanding to build business with the moto of eye health leadership
• Plan, Lead & Execute – Fitting tracking / NPI launches and ensuring data led insight to strengthen professional engagement & further development
• Working Relationships

Internal

• Understanding the country requirement on Business and collaborating with PD Head and Sales to drive Pillars of growth for India
• Creating a Data lead Fitting Model & Training Model that is trackable
• Close Partnership with India Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance Team
• New Product understanding from the regional team

External

• Customers (Key accounts, ECPs, Store & Practice managers, consumers).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Develop and Execute Professional strategy in line with country overall business objectives.
• Lead & Shape the atomized fitting and training to our priority stores to have meaningful insight that shapes business
• Lead the Professional Education to our key Stores to drive success in acquiring New Wearer
• Develop strategic partnerships with, business owners, senior management, key customer accounts and key opinion leaders in shaping the professional environment and raising primary eye care standards
• Develop where relevant education materials, tool kits, case studies, trials and ensure strong representation in professional publications along with independent speakers briefed to support new product launches
• Champion & develop internal capability in ensuring appropriate technical and clinical training, knowledge and assessments are carried out for country cross-functional departments.

Qualifications

• Professional and Functional Competencies:
• Professional with a Optometry degree / Management will be an added advantage
• 4-8 years of experience in Vision care
• Able to develop and execute professional strategies that is align with country business objectives
• Candidate with strategic mind and analytical capabilities will be preferred
• Strong Key Stakeholder Management engagement across country and region – Develop and Maintain relationship
