TRAI Recruitment 2024: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is currently accepting applications for the post of Consultant (Tech) – Grade-II (Retired Government Servant).The candidates selected for the positions of Consultant will be placed in the Regional Offices (Bengaluru, Bhopal, Jaipur, Hyderabad, and Kolkata). Post Qualification Experience –

The candidates selected for the above-mentioned opportunity will be given a monthly compensation of Rs.65000 (consolidated) OR the Salary of the Consultant retired from Government Service will be fixed on a ‘Last pay drawn minus basic pension’ basis OR in case of officers retired under New Pension Scheme, their salary will be fixed ‘after deduction of 30% of the last basic pay from the last basic pay’, as per GOI, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure guidelines on the subject, whichever is lower. Plus, transport allowance per month of Rs.7200 (Fixed) OR rate applicable at the time of retirement, whichever is lower (fixed).
The candidates selected for TRAI Recruitment 2024 will be appointed on a contractual basis. The term of appointment will remain valid for an appropriate period of one year. The engagement of the candidates may be extended further based on the candidate’s performance and the committee’s requitrements.
