For Private Secretary-

Officers from the Central Government-

1. holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department. OR
2. with three years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 7 of the 7th Central Pay Commission ( Rs.44,900 – Rs.1,42,400) or with five years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 6 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (Rs.35,400 – Rs.1,12,400). OR

• Officer from a State or Union Territory (UT) Government, or a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), or an Autonomous Organisation, holding regular post in corresponding grades with requisite experience

For Accountant-

Officers from the Central Government-

1. holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department. Or
2. with three years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level-4 (Rs. 25,500-Rs.81,100) or with five years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level-3 ( Rs.21,700 – Rs.69,100) of the 7th Central Pay Commission. OR

• Officers from State or Union Territory (UT) Government, or a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), or an Autonomous Organisation, holding regular post in corresponding grades with requisite experience.

Salary for UIDAI Recruitment 2025:

The chosen candidates for UIDAI Recruitment 2025 will be paid a monthly salary as given below-

• For eligibility of applicants from an organisation that has a different structure of pay than that in the Central Government, the following shall be considered as the equivalent pay scales/grades (along with experience, if any):

Tenure for UIDAI Recruitment 2025:

As stated in the official notification of UIDAI Recruitment 2025, the appointment is made on a deputation basis. The chosen candidates will be appointed for a period of 05 years. The lending organisation may relieve an officer for a lesser period, as per its policy/rules/regulations, subject to a minimum of 03  years.
