Also for the Quarterly Return monthly payment (QRMP) Scheme, the due date for filing GSTR-1 for the quarter-ending December 2024 is 13th January 2025.

  • Not able to download old data
  • Not able to open RFD-01 Form

Mr. Sarthak Varshney writes: Facing issues while uploading documents on the GST portal. Despite meeting all requirements, the upload isn’t successful.

An error is also occurring while filling out NIL GSTR-1 for December 2024.

Additionally, this time tax professionals need to take extra care while GSTR-1 filing, as e-invoices were not generated between the morning of December 31 and 4:00 PM.

GSTN has acknowledged the issue being faced regarding GSTR-1 summary generation and its filing. They have informed that their team is working on it and same will be fixed shortly.
