Coal India Recruitment 2025: Coal India Limited (CIL) is seeking applications for the post of full time Sr. Advisor (Environment & Forest), CIL on a contract basis as per CIL’s policy for availing services of the retired CMDs/Directors/Sr. Level Executives, etc. As per the official notification of Coal India Recruitment 2025, there is only 01 opening to be filled for the given post. The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of Rs.150000. The appointment is made on a contract basis for a period of 02 years which can be extended for a further period of 01 year or upto the age of 70 years whichever is earlier.
Candidates who have a degree in Mining Engineering with a first-class Certificate can apply for Coal India Recruitment 2025. The candidate should have a maximum age of 65 years, however CIL reserves its right to select eligible candidates above 65 years also with Competent Approval. To be eligible for Coal India Recruitment 2025, the maximum age limit is 65 years, however, CIL reserves its right to select eligible candidates above 65 years also with Competent Approval.
The required qualification to apply for Coal India Recruitment 2025 is described below-
The engagement of Coal India Recruitment 2025 is made on a contract basis and the chosen candidates will be engaged for a period of 02 years which can be extended for a further period of 01 year or upto the age of 70 years whichever is earlier.
Note: Any Advisor shall not work beyond 70 years of age.
Following the official notification of Coal India Recruitment 2025, the retired Chairman/Director or equivalent will be paid a monthly compensation/ honorarium of Rs.150000.
Conveyance Charges: The Company shall provide a Conveyance for a full-time Sr.Advisor as per the availability. However, where the conveyance is not provided, they shall be eligible for 5% of consolidated pay per month.
Accommodation facility: Suitable Company’s accommodation shall be provided on availability. However, if the company’s accommodation is not available, a consolidated amount will be paid as:

Reimbursement for mobile telephone- reimbursement for the use of mobile telephone based on the actual bills or Rs. 750 per month whichever is less.
Medical All executives of CIL covered under the post-retiral medical benefits scheme will continue to be governed by the said scheme.
TA/DA and other boarding charges shall be payable as per entitlement applicable to the existing executive of equal grades whenever tours are undertaken for the assignment.
