For Faculty, Office Assistant and Attendant-

Qualification and Experience for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025:

For Faculty –

• The candidate must have a Post-graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural Development/ MA Sociology/ Psychology/ BSc (Agri.)/ BA with B.Ed. etc. Should have flair of teaching with Computer knowledge (MS Office knowledge, internet knowledge, English and Hindi typing knowledge).

Desirable-

• The candidates must be Retired Bank Official with working experience as an officer and candidates having experience working as faculty, Rural Development With the qualifications stated above, will get preference.

Essential-

• The candidates should be residents of the same State, preferably in the same or nearby district/ residing at the headquarters of the RSETI centre.

For Office Assistant –

• The candidates shall be Graduates viz. BSW/ BA/ B.Com with Computer knowledge (MS Office knowledge, internet knowledge, English and Hindi typing knowledge).

Desirable-

• The candidates must have basic knowledge of Accounts and bookkeeping and shall be proficient in MS Office (word and Excel), Tally and the Internet.

Essential-

• The candidates must be well conversant with Local language.
• The candidates must be residents of the same State, preferably in the same or nearby district/ residing at the headquarters of the RSETI centre.

For Attendant –

• The candidates must have Matriculation.
• The candidate must have the ability to Read and Write in the local language preferred.

Essential –

For Counselor FLCC-

• The applicant must have a Graduate/ Post-graduate degree from a UGC-recognized University.

Desirable-

The applicant must be an Officer with a Rural Development Background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer/ Rural Development Officer/ Agriculture Officers Converted to mainstream banking /Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders/ faculty Members of Training Centers / Colleges with a Specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.

Experience –

• Candidates should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with a minimum of 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officers Cadre.
• Candidate should have worked as branch manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a rural branch for a period of 3 years.
• Candidate should have an unblemished record and possess a satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
• The candidate is well conversant with the local language.
• The candidate should have retired from Scale II and Above.
• The candidate should be a resident of the same State, preferably the same or nearby district i.e. Gorakhpur, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Deoria etc.

Place of Posting for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025:

The selected candidates for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025 will be assigned to work in Khushinagar District State in Uttar Pradesh.

Tenure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025:

The appointment is made on a contract basis. The selected candidates for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025 will be engaged for a period of 01 year. Renewal of contract may be considered at the sole discretion of Society/Trust and subject to satisfactory performance.

Salary for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025:

Based on the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025, the chosen candidates will be paid a monthly salary as stated below-

For Counselor FLCC-

• The chosen candidates will be paid a contract amount equivalent to the last pay and allowances drawn less the initial amount of pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon or Rs.15000 per month. whichever is lower.
• Further a lump sum amount of Rs.500 p.m. shall be paid towards Mobile, conveyance etc.
• However, the condition of “last Pay & Allowances drawn by the Officer less the initial amount of pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc.” will apply only to the pension co-opted retired Bank official of a Nationalized Bank and in case of Non-Pensioner, the candidate will be eligible only for Rs.15000 p.m. together with lump sum amount of Rs.500 towards Mobile, Conveyance etc. Please note that no other benefits or charges shall accrue or be payable.
• Reimbursement of TA/DA for traveling as per the requirement of Post shall be made as per the revised rate of Rs.300 per day and traveling expenses to be paid on actual basis.

For Faculty-

• The chosen candidates will be paid a salary of Rs.30000 per month. No other allowance/ benefit/ payment/ facility will be admissible.

Selection Procedure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025:

The candidates will be selected for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025 on the basis of a Written/ Computer test and personal interview as per the posts. The date, time and venue of the selection process will be intimated later to the candidates.

For Faculty, Office Assistant and Attendant –

• The candidates will be selected on the basis of a Written/ Computer test and personal interview and the decision of the Society/ Trust in this regard shall be final.

For Counselor FLCC –
