For Junior Executive (Quality Assurance)-

• The candidate should have a B.Sc (Chemistry) (3-year course) degree, with specialization in Organic /Physical/Inorganic/Analytical chemistry, from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% aggregate percentage (or equivalent CGPA and above), relaxed to 55% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories. OR
• The candidate should have a Diploma in Chemical Engineering (3-year course) from a recognized University with a minimum 60% aggregate percentage (or equivalent CGPA and above), relaxed to 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

For Secretary-

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (3-year course), with a minimum of 70% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 65% for SC/ST/PwBD categories from a recognized university. AND
• The candidate should have completed Class XII with a minimum of 70% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 65% for SC/ST/PwBD categories from a recognized institute. AND
• The candidate should have completed Class X with a minimum of 70% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 65% for SC/ST/PwBD categories from a recognized institute.
• The candidate should have a Diploma / Certification in Admin Secretarial and PA/ Executive Assistant / Secretarial Practice/ Office Management of at least 6 months duration is desirable.

Experience-

For Junior Executive (Quality Assurance)-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification relevant work experience in a laboratory in the Petroleum/ Oil and Gas/ Petro-Chemical Industry.

For Secretary-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a secretarial Assistant/Secretary, or similar roles.

Salary for Bharat Petroleum Recruitment 2025:

The selected candidates for Bharat Petroleum Recruitment 2025 will be given a basic pay of Rs.30000 per month.

In addition to the Basic Pay, the following will be payable: Dearness Allowance (DA) based on IDA pattern, HRA (House Rent Allowance, if applicable, based on the class of city of posting), Perks and Allowances, Retirement Benefits and Performance Related Pay in line with Corporation’s policy in vogue. It may please be noted that the retirement benefits are admissible upon separation /retirement as per the corporation policy prevailing at that time.

Probation Period for Bharat Petroleum Recruitment 2025:

The chosen candidates for Bharat Petroleum Recruitment 2025 will be hired on a probation period of 01 years from the date of joining (extendable in case of non-satisfactory performance). Upon successful completion of the probation period, they will be considered for confirmation as per company policy.
