Kotak Mutual Fund: Less than 1,000 Complaints Received from Investors in FY25

Nilesh Shah, the Managing Director of Kotak Mutual Fund, said that the number of complaints received from investors in Kotak Mutual Fund is below 1000 in the financial year 25.

He wrote on the social media platform, stating, “Total investor complaints received in FY 25 – less than 1000. (throughout the year, mostly operational).” He further said that the total number of complaints was 0.002% of all transactions and 0.01% of folios.

Shah added that the number of transactions managed by Kotak Mutual Fund in the Financial year 25 was 6.17 crore, and the number of folios was 73 lacs at the year’s end.
