NEET UG 2025: Exam Pattern

The question paper of NEET UG 2025 has 180 questions with a maximum of 720 marks. The candidates get 180 minutes to complete the exam. There are three sections, each of 45 questions. The subjects are Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

• 4 marks are given for every correct answer
• One mark is deducted for every incorrect answer.
• Zero is given for unanswered or unattempted questions.

• Step 2: Log in using your application number and password.
• Step 3: Click on the “Key Challenge” option and select “Test Booklet Code“.
• Step 4: Choose the questions you want to challenge.
• Step 5: Select the answer that you think is correct and may give an explanation.
• Step 6: Click the “Submit” button.
• Step 7: Pay the challenge fee (non-refundable), using a credit or debit card.
• Step 8: After payment, a confirmation page will be displayed showing the details of your transaction and the list of questions you challenged.
• Step 9: Take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

NEET UG 2025: How to Challenge NEET OMR Response Sheet?

Here is how candidates can challenge the NEET 2025 OMR answer sheet.

• Step 1: Click on the official link to challenge the OMR sheet.
• Step 2: Log in using your registration number and password.
• Step 3: Click on the “OMR Challenge” tab.
• Step 4: You will see two options: “Click here for the OMR Challenge” and “Click here to view your OMR Answer Sheet“.
• Step 5: Click on “Click here for the OMR Challenge“.
• Step 6: To raise a challenge, you have to pay Rs. 200 per question, and this fee is non-refundable.

• Step 1: Visit the website of NEET 2025 at www.neet.nta.nic.in.
• Step 2: Click on the link that says “NEET 2025 OMR Sheets and NEET 2025 Answer Keys“
• Step 3: Submit your NEET 2025 application number and password, or date of birth, to log in.
• Step 4: Download the OMR sheet along with the NEET 2025 answer key.
• Step 5: Check your responses on your OMR sheet.
• Step 6: Candidates can then calculate their estimated score as per the NEET marking scheme.
