ICAI to Offer AI Training Sessions for CA Students on Weekends

In an effort to adapt to the fast-changing technology in the corporate world, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has decided to offer ‘AURA-AI Understanding for Rising Achievers’ training to 11 lakh registered CA students across the country.

The Board of Studies had scheduled a meeting with the ICAI branches from all over the country to plan and spread the word about the upcoming AURA-AI Understanding for Rising Achievers workshop for CA students. This workshop will take place on weekends for 6 hours so that students can easily attend and use their new AI skills during their articleship.

In the training, the students will be taught about CA GPT, Canva AI, Google AI Studio, and Midjourney. The training aims to boost the existing skills of CA students, such as Finance, Audit, Taxation, Data Visualisation, and Presentation Skills, with the help of Artificial Intelligence. This is the first time that ICAI is offering such a training. The best part about this training is that the training will have only 50 students per batch, which will improve the quality of training with small batches. With fewer students in a batch, trainers can give more attention to individual trainees, and the session will become more engaging and focused.

Now, since AI is used in almost every industry, CA students must have knowledge of technology so that they can better adapt to new technology and ensure they do not fall behind. To attend the training sessions, students need to submit a fee of Rs 500 for registration. Interested students can register by visiting their nearest ICAI Branch.
