Aadhar Housing Finance Limited is now offering their IPO for subscription from May 8, 2024 to May 10, 2024. The allotment for Aadhar Housing Finance IPO is expected to be on Monday, May 13, 2024. The Company IPO were listed on Both NSE, BSE and also listing is fixed as Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
The main aims to raise Rs. 3000 crore from people. The Fresh issue of 3.17 crore equity shares, at the amount of 1000 crore and offer of sale (OFS) is 6.35 crore share, totaling Rs 2,000 crore.
Aadhar Housing Finance IPO price range set between Rs 300 to Rs 315 per equity share where as the minimum lot size for regular investor is set 47 equity shares at the price of Rs 14,805. Minimum lot size for sNll is 14 lots at 658 equity shares at price of Rs 207,270 investment and bNll minimum lots size is 68 at investment of Rs 1,006,740.
And Company make Reservation of up 239,726 share for employees, where company gave discount of Rs. 23 per equity share from the issue price.
