AAI Recruitment 2023: Airports Authority of India (AAI) is seeking competent and interested individuals for the position of Medical Attendant at CAP Dte., Corporate Headquarters, Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi on a contract basis for one (01) year. This position has three open positions. As per the official notification the maximum age for the particular position is 65 years.

AAI is seeking qualified people for the position of Authorised Medical Attendant. According to the official AAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, there are 03 openings for this position.
To be qualified to apply for the position, the individual must have the following qualifications:
1. A Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council-registered MBBS degree.
2. A postgraduate degree in aviation medicine.
The age of the candidate to be eligible to apply for the given post shall be below 65 years as on 06.02.2023.
The candidate should hold the following experience:
1. One-year tenure as DGCA Medical Assessor.
2. One-year tenure in IAM/AFCME/MEC(E) or DGCA-approved Class I Medical Examination Centre or 3 years of experience in DGCA impaneled Class II/Class III Medical Examiner.
3. Detailed knowledge and understanding of Civil Aviation rules and regulations, policies, and procedures related to Class III medical certification.
The Authorised Medical Attendant will be paid a fixed monthly honorarium for the entire period of the contract, which would be as under:
The last salary is drawn i.e. Basic Pay (CDA) + Grade Pay (CDA) + Dearness Allowance (CDA) + House Rent Allowance (CDA) and inform the Pension Authorities to regulate their pension receivable from Govt. of India as per extant rules applicable in case of re-employment.
The Consultant’s employment will be for one (01) year, which may be extended for another year based on the incumbent’s good performance, subject to completing refresher courses at his own expense at such intervals as required by the Regulatory Authority and pursuant to the needs of AAI.
