Overview:

ABB is hiring an experienced Sales & Service Manager at their Faridabad, Haryana location. You will be working as Sales & Service Manager and will be part of E-Mobility business for ELEM Front-end division based in Faridabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager – Systems and will be responsible for driving the sales performance of complete e-mobility product portfolio of E-mobility business area across India, specifying and implementing effective sales, service level agreements and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy and the services up to customer satisfaction level.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them
  • Coordinating the information flow around sales activities, providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales
  • Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sales and service
  • Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers in existing and potential customer organizations
  • Managing the direct reports to achieve revenue and profitability targets

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in electrical engineering
  • 8 – 10 years of experience in direct sales and sales management, working as Sales Manager with knowledge on AC / DC EV chargers /
    solutions with application knowledge or in the relevant field
  • Experience of business development, account management and cross-selling
  • A clear grasp of contract negotiations, risk management and commercial and legal terms
  • Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude
  • Proficient in English and Hindi
