ADA Recruitment 2023: Aeronautical Development Agency is an Autonomous Body and a Society under the Department of Defence R & D, Ministry of Defence is inviting applications from Indian citizens for Assistants and Stenographers. There are 14 vacancies in total including 11 vacancies for Assistant Posts (01 in Delhi) and 03 vacancies for Stenographers.

As per the ADA Recruitment 2023 notification, the date of commencement of application registration on the ADA website will be from 21/12/2022 (1000 hrs) onwards and the closing date of advertisement /Last date for submission of online application is 11/01/2023 (1000 hrs). The last date of submission of application on the ADA website as mentioned in the advertisement was 1000 hrs on 11th January 2023. The last date has been extended up to 1000 hrs on 17th January 2023.

Post Name and Vacancy for ADA Recruitment 2023:

Applications are being invited for the Post of Assistant and Stenographer. There are 14 vacancies in total including 11 vacancies for Assistant Posts (01 in Delhi) and 03 vacancies for Stenographers.

Age Limit for ADA Recruitment 2023:

The age of the candidate shall be below 30 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

Qualifications for ADA Recruitment 2023:

For the Role of Assistant, the candidate should hold:

1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / Commerce / Science / Business Administration / Business Management from a recognized university.

2. Possess a speed of 30 w.p.m. in English typewriting corresponding to 9000 KDPH on Computer.

For the Post of Stenographer, the candidate should hold:

1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / Commerce / Science / Business Administration / Business Management from a recognized university.

2. Certificate of passing at least Junior English Shorthand and Junior English Typewriting exams conducted by any of the government recognized Board/ institution or equivalent

OR

At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / Commerce / Science / Business Administration / Business Management from a recognized university WITH Diploma in Secretarial / Commercial Practice conducted by any Government recognized institution or equivalent having Shorthand and Typewriting as part of the curriculum.

Desirable (For both Posts):

A Certificate course in Computer skills like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-Mail, Internet etc. for routine office work.

Post-Qualification Experience for ADA Recruitment 2023:

For Assistant Post:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a reputed organization in one or more of the following areas:

1. Office Administration / Personnel Management, maintenance of office files & personnel records, and other related jobs.

2. Purchase & Stores Management / Materials Management / Inventory Management etc. 3. Accounts / Finance, preparation and passing bills for payment, TDS, Income Tax/GST, preparation of final accounts, etc.

For Stenographer Post:

Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as a Stenographer / Secretary in a reputed organization

Pay Scale for ADA Recruitment 2023:

The candidate to be selected for the Posts of Assistant and Stenographer shall be placed at Level-4 (Rs.25500-81100) of the Pay Matrix.

Selection Process for ADA Recruitment 2023:

The process of selection for both posts involves two levels of selection i.e as given below:

Level 1: Written test (Objective and Descriptive type) and

Level 2: Skill test.

In addition to registration, candidates should send print-outs of their registered online application (downloaded from the given website) along with self-attested certificate copies of required documents by Registered/ Speed Post to: Joint Director (A&E), Aeronautical Development Agency, Vibhuthipura, Marathahalli Post, Bengaluru – 560037. Self-attested Copies of all the certificates should be sent in an envelope clearly mentioning ‘ADV-120: Application for the post of ‘ASSISTANT’ OR ‘STENOGRAPHER’ boldly on top of the envelope within seven days of the final submission of the application on the ADA website.
