SMPORT Kolkata Recruitment 2023: Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port (SMP) Kolkata, Ministry of Shipping, Government of India has sought Mail mode Applications from Experienced Candidates meeting Eligibility in reference to the Engagement of a Diving Officer on a Contractual Basis. There is 01 Vacancy for the Contractual Engagement of Diving Officer in the Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Department (M&EED) of Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata.
In view of the SMPORT Kolkata Recruitment 2023 Notification, among the Eligible Candidates, those Willing to be Applicants may submit their respective Application in the Specimen Proforma Before or On the Last Date for the Eligible Candidates to complete the Online Application Process is 25th/26th January 2023 (25.01.2023/26.01.2023).
Post: Diving Officer in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department (MEED)
Vacancy: 01 Post
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.45000 (Consolidated) Per Month
The Candidates, post-Selection would be appointed as Diving Officer with Entitlement to Take-Home Rs.45000 (Consolidated) Per Month vide the SMPORT (Kolkata) Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.
The Candidate (as on 01.01.2023) must not exceed 45 Years.
The Applicant should have gained the following Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Must possess a Certificate of Diving issued by the Indian Navy or any Port Organization;
Professional Experience: Minimum 05-Years’ Experience in Diving Work including Underwater Examination of Engineering Structures, Propeller/Hulls, etc. of ship or other Floating Crafts vide the SMPORT (Kolkata) Recruitment 2023 Notification.
The Selected Candidate shall need to submit an Antecedent Verification Report (AVR), issued by the Appropriate Police Authority and undergo Medical Fitness Test (MFT) before joining the Service.
Subsequent to Scrutiny of the Applications received from the Applicants, only Candidates fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria shall be shortlisted.
Only such Shortlisted Candidates shall be invited to appear in person for Written Examination/Proficiency Test and/or Personal Interview.
These Candidates would be intimated the Date, Time and Venue of in due course of time.
