• The candidate should have a Ph.D/MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree or have 3 years of research and teaching experience after MBBS/BDS/Pharma/ME/MTech with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal. He/she should know about Health Surveys, Data management, and Data Analysis.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have experience working In rural and slum settings, Management, and Scientific writing with evidence of Publication in a peer-reviewed journal

For Field, Investigator-

• The candidate must have a graduate degree in social sciences or comparable qualifications (Anthropology/ Psychology/ Social Work/ Life Science/Public Health).
• The candidate should have the ability to perform in a field-based job and be willing to travel to different districts.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the state’s local language (Oriya) and Hindi/English. Proficient in the Oriya language.

Desirable-

• Candidates must have post-graduation in Anthropology/ Psychology/ Social Work/ Life Science/Public Health.
• Candidates with prior experience working in research projects or social sciences-related data collection will be given preference. He/she should know about Maternal and Child Health and Health Surveys.
