• The candidate should have 03 years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD in Anesthesiology or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

For Professor-

• The candidate should have 14 years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized institution in the subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.OR The candidate should have 12 years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized institution in the subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the degree of D.M./M.Ch. (2 years or 5 years course recognized after MBBS) in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto. OR The candidate should have 11 years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized institution in the subject/discipline concerned for the candidates possessing 3 years recognized Degree of D.M./M.Ch. in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

For Associate Professor-

• The candidate should have 06 years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized institution in the subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

For Super Specialty disciplines:-

• The candidate should have 04 years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M./M.Ch. (2 years or 5 years course recognized after MBBS) in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto OR
  The candidate should have 03 years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized institution in the subject/discipline concerned for the candidates possessing 3 years recognized degree of D.M./M.Ch. in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
