AIIMS Recruitment 2023 for 39 Vacancies: Check Post, Qualification and How to Apply
AIIMS Recruitment 2023: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Raebareli is the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY). AIIMS is looking for eligible candidates to fill up 39 vacancies for the post of Senior Residents (SRs) in different specialties under the Government of India Residency Scheme. According to the official notification of AIIMS recruitment 2023, the age required for the post is 35 years. In accordance with the official notification of AIIMS recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in level 11 of the pay matrix with a minimum of Rs. 67700 including NPA (for medical personnel).
The appointment is initially for a period of One (01) year, which may be extendable up to three (03) years based on performance and conduct. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written exams and department assessments. As mentioned in the official notification of AIIMS Recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of AIIMS.
As mentioned in the official notification of AIIMS Recruitment 2023, applications are invited for Senior Residents (SRs) in different specialties under the Government of India Residency Scheme.
As given in the official notification of AIIMS Recruitment 2023, the age required for the post is 35 years.
(relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates).
In the case of Physical Handicapped (OPH) candidates, age relaxation up to a maximum period of ten (10) years for General Category, Thirteen (13) years for the OBC category, and fifteen (15) years for SC/ST category candidates
According to the official notification of AIIMS Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given Rs.67700 + NPA (for medical personnel) as per recommendations of the 7th CPC.
Candidates msut have the given below qualifications to apply for AIIMS recruitment 2023
1- A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section 13 (3) of the Act).
2- Must be registered with the Central/State Medical Council.
3- A postgraduate degree i.e. MD/MS/DNB in the specialty concerned or its equivalent.
For the Department of Pathology, the essential qualification shall be MD pathology/MD Lab Medicine.
For Cardiology, the essential qualification shall be DM Cardiology / MD General Medicine.
For Neurology, the essential qualification shall be DM Neurology / MD General Medicine
For Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery (CTVS), the essential qualification shall be MCh CTVS / MS General Surgery.
For Neurosurgery, the essential qualification shall be MCh Neurosurgery / MS General Surgery.
For Urology, the essential qualification shall be MCh Urology / MS General Surgery.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written tests and department assessments.
1- Written Examination (MCQ based)- 80% weightage
2- Departmental assessment-20% weightage
Date of Written Examination (Part A)- 9th April 2023 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at AIIMS, Raebareli.
Date of Departmental Assessment (Part B)- 10th April 2023 (Candidate to report at 9:00 AM to the concerned departments at AIIMS, Raebareli)
As per the official notification of AIIMS Recruitment 2023 notification, interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of AIIMS. Candidates belonging to the General/OBC/EWS category have to pay Rs. 1000 and candidates belonging to ST/SC category have to pay Rs. 800 and PWBD candidates are exempted from payment of a fee.
