Overview:

Airtel is hiring an experienced TOCO Ops & Reconciliation Energy at their Gurgaon location. You will be enhancing the validation process for Energy Bills and ensuring consistency across all ToCo’s and achieving targets for WoW (War on Waste).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Driving digitation projects to eliminate error and manual work.
• Leading initiatives to implement cost-saving projects.
• Governing and engaging with teams across circles to facilitate timely closure of identified discrepancies (DN closure).
• Ensure process compliance and governance.

• Engagement with internal and external stakeholders and address issues in time bound manner.
• Engagement with partners for signing common energy framework document.
• Creating energy analytics dashboards for monitoring and reporting purposes

Educational Level

• Must have: Engineering / Finance
• Preferred: MBA
