Roles and Responsibility:

Order Processing as per TAT

First time right order processing

Drive & Governance of partner performance as per agreed KPI

MIS reporting as per process.

Reduce time line for improve on TAT.

Coordinate & close loop the requirements for order processing with various internal & external teams & act as support structure to Sales team when required

Document compliance governance & tracking as per policy

Cross functional coordination with backend functions

Data analysis

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Candidates should have possesses Graduates, Post Graduates from a recognized university in India.

Experience: Must have minimum 5-7Years Of Experience in relevant field.

Skills:

Cross functional orientation

Excellent computer skills – proficient in MS Excel, Access & Power point

Strong analytical capabilities

Team Management

Conflict Management

Stake holders management
