Apex Court has agreed on a plea seeking SOP for upcoming CA Examination
Supreme Court has agreed on a plea seeking SOP’s/Guidelines for upcoming CA Examination. The plea states that The Insititute of Chartered Accountant has not issued safety guidelines to assuage the concerns of candidates amid COVID 19.
This matter will be heard on 2nd Nov 2020.
