APSC Recruitment 2023: Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) is inviting applications from India Citizens for the posts of Deputy General Manager (Audit), Assistant Manager (Electrical) and Assistant Manager (Human Resource) in Assam Power Generation Corporation Limited (APFCL). As mentioned in the official notification of APSC recruitment 2023, there are a total of 09 vacancies for the given posts. In accordance with the official notification of APSC recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of interview. For Deputy General Manager (Audit)- The minimum age limit is 21 (Twenty-One) years and the maximum age limit is 45 (Forty-Five) years as of 01/01/2023.
For Assistant Manager- The minimum age limit is 21 (Twenty-One) years of age and the maximum age limit is 38 (Thirty-Eight) years of age as of 01/01/2023.
As given in the official notification of APSC recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 116000.
Candidates applying for APSC Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-
For Deputy General Manager (Audit)– Must possess a degree from a recognized University and must be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant from a recognized Institution. He/She must possess post qualification experience in financial and accounting work of not less that 03 (Three) years and total 06 (Six) years in responsible position in Central/State Public Sector undertakings or in any large organization of repute and capable of holding independent charge of Accounts.
For Assistant Manager (Electrical)- Full time Bachelor of Engineering (B.E)Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in (Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering) should be from University/Institution approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the course duration should be of minimum 4 years after HSSLC or equivalent or 3 years after completion of full time Diploma course in Engineering from any Govt./Govt. recognized/AICTE approved Polytechnic/Institution or (2 Years (Base) + 2 Years (Diploma) + 2 Years (Engineering)) course from Govt./Govt. recognized/AICTE approved Institution.
A minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying examination of B.E/ B.Tech for the said post is required. However, in respect of SC/ST candidates, minimum 50% marks is must in the qualifying examination of Bachelor Degree.
For Assistant Manager (Human Resource)- 02 (Two) years full time degree of Master in Business Administration (MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with specialization in (Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations) from any Indian University/ Institution approved by AICTE/UGC)
A minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying in the examination of MBA/PGDM for the said post is required However, in respect of SC & ST candidates, minimum 55% marks is must in the qualifying examination of MBA/PGDM Degree.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview. All the details will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through email.
Their admission at all the stages of selection in which they are admitted by the Commission will be purely provisional and under scrutiny, subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. If on verification at any time or any stage before or after the Screening Examination or Written Examination and Interview Test, it is found that they do not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions; their candidature for the post(s)/service(s) will be cancelled by the Commission.
