Auditor of IT Indiabull resigns due to unsatisfactory Management

The Naturo Indiabull Limited formerly known as IT Indiabull Private Limited has seen a case of an auditor resignation due to not being satisfied with the management of the Company.

In the resignation letter, it was mentioned that “Due to inherent limitations of audit and due to nature of transaction undertaken by the company which are in contravention of the provision of companies act, 2013 and Income tax act, 1961 for which no satisfactory reply received from companies management so that we are submitting our resignation as Statutory Auditor of the company with effect from December 30, 2023.”

After that, an intimation was sent to the Department of Corporate Services BSE Limited on 30th Dec 2023, where a change in the auditor of the Company was demanded.

The Texts of the Intimation are as follows:

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of (SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015) read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated October 18, 2019, we wish to inform you that M/s. Ajay Kumar Vijayvergia and Associates, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 003833C) Statutory Auditors of the Company have tendered their resignation vide their letter dated their letter dated 30 December 2023 informing their inability to continue as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

The copy of the resignation letter dated 30 December 2023 with Annexure A as received from M/s Ajay Kumar Vijayvergia & Associates, Chartered Accountants is attached herewith. {Annexure-B (Colly) }

Details with respect to resignation/ change in Auditors of the Company as required under Regulation 30 Read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 and CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated October 18, 2019 are annexed herewith. (“Annexure A”)
