For HR Consultant-

• A degree in any discipline is essential. Recognized PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations / Management / Behavioural Science / Training & Development / HRD / HRM / Organizational Development (2 years) / PG Diploma in Personnel Management (OR) MBA with specialization in PM / IR / HRD / HRM (Duration of not less than 2 years).

Desirable-

• PG Diploma in Social Welfare (IISW, Cal).

Experience-

• Minimum 20 years in relevant field as on the date of advertisement.

For Manager (PR and Corporation Communication)-

• Degree in Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication / Public Relations from a recognized University.

Experience-

• Minimum 10 years in relevant field as on the date of advertisement.

For Data Administrator-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems (OR) MCA (OR) Related Technical Degree.

Experience–

• Minimum 10+ Years of DBA Experience.

For Web Developer-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems (OR) MCA (OR) Related Technical Degree.

Experience–

• Minimum 5+ Years in Web Programming.

For Young Professional(Quality Control)-

Tenure for AVNL Recruitment 2023:
