For Consultant (HR)-

• The applicant must have a Degree in any discipline that is essential. Recognized PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/ Management/ Behavioural Science/Training and Development /HRD/ HRM/Organizational Development (2 years)/PG Diploma in Personnel Management.
• The applicant must have an MBA with specialization in PM/IR/HRD/HRM (Duration of not less than 2 years).
• The applicant must have a PG Diploma in Social Welfare (IISW, Cal) is desirable.

Experience-

• The candidate should have an experience of a minimum of 20 years.

For Manager (HR-CSR)-

• The applicant must have a First Class Degree with full time 02 years MSW / MBA/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources / Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/PM and IR with First Class.

Experience-

• The candidate should have experience of a minimum of 5 years in handling CSR Projects in PSUs/Private organizations/NGOs.

For Manager (Estate Development)-

• The applicant must have a First Class B.E/B. Tech in Civil Engineering or MBA with 10 years of experience in civil works, real estate or Estate Administration in a reputed organization.

Experience-

• The candidate should have Experience of a minimum of 5 years in the handling of Real Estate or civil Projects in PSUs/Private organizations/NGOs.

For Senior Content Writer-

• The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree Post graduation in Journalism and Mass communication is a plus.

Experience-

• The candidate should have experience of a minimum of 2 years in the handling of Content Writing in PSUs/Private organizations /Event Industry.

Salary for AVNL Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of AVNL Recruitment 2023, the chosen candidates will get a monthly salary as mentioned below-

Tenure for AVNL Recruitment 2023:

The appointment is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates for AVNL Recruitment 2023 will be assigned for a period of 2 Years, extendable another one year based on performance review every 6 months.
