AVNL Recruitment 2024: Armoured Vehicle Nigam Limited (AVNL) invites applications from young professionals for the position of Junior Manager on a Fixed Tenure Contract (FTC) basis. Applicants will be engaged for a minimum of one year, which can be extended up to four years. All roles have an upper age limit of 28 years on the closing date of applications. The upper age limit is reduced by 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates in reserved positions. The maximum age limit for any category is 55 years. Only the candidates who belong to general/OBC need to pay Rs. 300 as an application fee and others are exempt from paying any fee. The selection process will be determined based on the Interview/Trade Test, which will be held at MPF, Ambarnath.
