For Assistant Teacher for Upper Primary School-

• The applicant must have a Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education. And

For Science Teacher for Upper Primary School –

• The applicant must have a Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent).
• The applicant must have a B. Sc. from the UGC-recognized University. And
• The applicant must have a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR
• The applicant must have a Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education. And
• The applicant must have Assam TET or Central TET for Upper Primary School.

For Hindi Teacher for Upper Primary School –

• The applicant must have a Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent).
• The applicant must have graduated with Hindi as one of the subjects from the UGC-recognized University. And
• The applicant must have a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR
• The applicant must have a Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education. And
• The applicant must have Assam TET or Central TET for Upper Primary School.

For Assistant Teacher for Lower Primary School-

• The applicant must have a Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks. And
• The applicant must have a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). And
• The applicant must have Assam TET or Central TET for Lower Primary.

Salary for DEE Assam Recruitment 2025:

Based on the official notification of DEE Assam Recruitment 2024, the chosen candidates will be given a monthly salary in the Pay Band – 02 of Rs.14000 to Rs.70000 plus Grade Pay and Other Allowances as admissible as per the Assam Service (Revision of Pay) (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
