Overview:

Infosys is hiring an experienced Accountant at their Mangalore location. You must have domain knowledge in F&A (Added advantage) and look after account specific resource Onboarding / Offboarding through SharePoint portal requests, workflows.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Compliance tracking like course completion, asset tracking and recovery, location and allocation details

ODC facilities BEF coordination like Spot checks, CCD, Maintenance staff, space tracking/expansion and getting involved in CCAT / internal audits

Governance and Reports which covers contractual agreement terms and ad-hoc requests

Billing Summary, Invoicing review, confirmation consolidation and Invoice Dispatch

Document / SOW / CR reviews

Qualifications for this Job:

Bachelor of Commerce

Communication, writing and presentation of data points

Able to interpret the requirement and follow process guidelines

Team player, quick learner and proactively take up the activities till the closure

Ability to prioritize and be flexible at work.

Proficiency in MS office Tool, MS Teams and especially MS Excel including working knowledge of Filters, Sorting, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas and lookups.
