Bajaj Finserv is hiring candidates for the Area Manager/ Senior Area Manager posts at their Indore Location. The key responsibility of these posts will be to deliver Sales numbers to do business planning with partners, to do Sales promotion planning with partners, etc.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Delivering Sales numbers – Business planning with partners. – Sales promotion planning with partners. – Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests, and suggest new and innovative ideas to promote and grow business. – Achieving & exceeding monthly business targets.
• Relationship management – Initiating and developing relationships with key decision-makers for each account. – Strategic planning with partners. – Providing operational support to partners. – Working with partners and the team to add value to partners in terms of Sales, analytics insights & business growth strategy.
• Team Management – Effectively manage a team of SMEs and FOS to achieve assigned business targets – Ensure that the team is motivated to fulfill desired tasks – Look after the training and development requirements of the team

Required Qualifications and Experience

• MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 3-4 years of experience.
• Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels & teams in multiple market environments.
• Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
• Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
• Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
