Qualification for Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd Recruitment 2022

1. Minimum 10 years experience in behavioral/ soft-skill training/ mentoring, pref. with some of the training been delivered at Silvassa/ UT of DD & DNH
2.  Minimum 2 years experience as staff/ faculty/ visiting faculty in a reputed educational institute
3.  Minimum 1 year experience of working for a reputed corporate/ industrial organization
