Retired Bank Employees
Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager may be appointed for the purpose. Retired clerks and equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record. All retired bank employee applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.
Young Candidates
The minimum qualification should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.), however, qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.
Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 1 year.
Young candidates should have crossed the age of 21 years and the maximum age limit is 45 years. The maximum age for a continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.
Candidates will be selected through a personal interview.
