Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda is inviting applications from young candidates as well as experienced retired bankers for the post of BC supervisors to hire them on a contractual basis for 2 vacancies in Eluru and West Godavari district branches. There are 02 vacancies for the Posts.
As per the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 Notification, the candidate will be appointed on a contract basis and shall not exceed one year and the renewal of the contract may be extended by RO based on approval from ZO based on satisfactory performance, subject to annual review. According to the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 Notification, interested applicants are requested to submit their offline application in the sealed cover through registered post /speed post only to Asst. According to the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 Notification, the candidate should be in the age group of 21 – 45 years at the time of appointment.
For Retired Bank Employees
Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager may be appointed for the purpose.
Retired clerks and equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track
All retired bank employees applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3
The maximum age for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.
For Young Candidates
The minimum qualification should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.), however, qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given
Should be in the age group of 21-45 years at the time of appointment.
The maximum age for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.
The selected candidate will be paid a consolidated remuneration per month of both fixed and variable components including fixed components will be Rs. 15000 and variable components Rs. 10000.
The contract will be initially for a period of 12 months subject to review after every 6 months for the given post.
